Vic Bruno entered the commercial real estate business in 1973 upon completion of his undergraduate degree at the University of New Mexico.
Following a six year apprenticeship with a prominent commercial / industrial brokerage services firm, he established Vic Bruno Co. in 1979.
Vic has been an office and industrial property specialist from the beginning of his career. He has been privileged to serve numerous corporate, institutional and individual owners and occupiers of industrial and office properties, including some of the world's largest corporations.
Vic has held professional trade association memberships and designations reflective of his capabilities and has been an active volunteer over the years in service to the real estate industry, both locally and nationally.
While Vic Bruno Co. remains in the property and asset management business under Vic's direction and ownership, Vic became a Qualifying Broker for Sycamore Associates, LLC in April, 2007. Sycamore Associates, LLC has been an industrial and office property brokerage since 1980. Going forward, all of Vic's brokerage and consulting services are being provided under the Sycamore Associates, LLC banner in association with Michael D. Leach, Managing Member of that firm. Combined, the two brokers have over 60 years experience in the industrial and office property disciplines.
